Who you are buying from

Drivie Pro is sold by Paddle.com Market Ltd as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles the payment, the invoice, the VAT and the refund. That is why your statement shows Paddle rather than Drivie. The developer never receives your payment details.

Thirty days free first

Every subscription starts with a thirty-day trial. Nothing is charged during it. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing, so there is nothing to refund.

Your statutory right of withdrawal

As a consumer in the EU, the EEA or the United Kingdom you have fourteen days to withdraw from a distance contract. We make it simpler than the law requires — see the next section.

What we do on top of that

If you have been charged and want that undone, get in touch within fourteen days of the charge and you get the full amount back. You do not have to give a reason.

Cancelling

You can cancel at any time through Paddle's customer portal. You reach it from the Drivie companion's settings on your Homey, or from the link in the payment confirmation Paddle emailed you.

After cancelling, your subscription runs to the end of the period you already paid for and is then not renewed. The remainder of an already-paid period is not refunded, because it has been delivered — unless you are still within fourteen days of the charge, in which case the section above applies.

How to request a refund

Send a message through the contact form and include the email address you paid with, plus the date and amount of the charge or Paddle's invoice number. You can also go to Paddle directly: every invoice they send you carries a link for it.

Paddle refunds to the payment method you used. How long it then takes to appear is up to your bank or card issuer, so allow a few working days.

What you get for your money

What Standard and Pro contain is on the pricing page. Standard is and stays free; a subscription is never required to use the app.
